1 Cup Sugar
1 Stick Butter
1 Large Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 Cup Cranberries
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy.
Add the egg and mix well.
Add the dry ingredients and mix for a few seconds before adding in the cranberries.
Mix until dough just begins to come together.
Finish with hands until a smooth dough is formed.
Lightly flour your workspace and roll out the dough to 1/4" thickness.
Cut into rounds and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
