1 Oz Spaghetti
1 Medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2 dia.) Red Bell Pepperr
1/3 Cup, sliced Onions
1 Leaf, whole Basil
1 Tbsp Parsley
1 Can Tuna
1 Cup, (not packed) Cottage Cheese
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper


Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.

Add pasta when water is boiling and cook according to package directions.

Cut peppers, onions, basil, and parsley, and mix with tuna and cottage cheese

Drain pasta and add too the mixture.

Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and enjoy!
