2 Cup, (not packed) Cottage Cheese
4 Tomato Roma Tomatoes
4 Stalk Onions
2 Medium Cucumber
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
Chop tomatoes, green onion, and cucumbers.
In a medium bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, tomatoes, green onions, and cucumbers.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill until serving.
