Ingredients

5 Cup, chopped Kale
1 Cup Spinach
1/2 Fruit Avocados
1 Cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
1/2 Cup Vinega

Directions

Take all the vegetables and rinse them

Put them in the cup or your blender

Add the apple cider vinergar.

Add water, just enough for the shake or smoothie to be achieved.

Add more water to make it more watery and less water to have a thicker drink.

Cover the blender cup with its lid and blend until smooth and drinkable.

Pour in a cup and drink.
