1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Cup Ice Cubes
2 Large (2-3/4" dia) Peaches
1 Oz Chia Seeds
2 Large Egg White
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Combine coconut milk, ice, peaches, and chia seeds in a blender.
Pulse until smooth.
In a seperate bowl whip egg whites and lemon juice.
Fold into smoothie and enjoy!
