8 Oz Japanese Noodles
6 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 Cup Coconut Milk
3 Tbsp Curry Paste
Bring water to boil in a large saucepot and briefly boil noodles
Drain noodles into colander, then return pot to burner
Stir or Whisk together almond butter, curry paste, coconut milk (and any herbs like mint, basil, tamari etc)
once even consistency is reached, pour over noodles and serve immediately
