2 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1 1/4 Cup Apple Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Nutmeg
1 1/2 Oz (23 whole kernels) Almonds
1 Oz Coconut Meat
3/4 Oz Mixed Fruit
1/2 Medium apple Apple
1 Cup Greek Yogurt
Place oats, apple juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg into a resealable container and leave to soak for 2 hours or over night in the fridge.
Once soaking is complete, remove from container and place muesli mix into a large bowl
Place nuts, coconut, and dried fruit into the bowl of a food processor and chop for about 3 seconds
Pour over muesli mix in serving bowls
Place apple into processor bowl and chop 2 seconds, pour over the muesli and dried fruit mix in serving bowls
Serve with greek yogurt.
