1 3/4 Cup Coconut Milk
5 Tbsp Cocoa
2 Tbsp unsifted Powdered Sugars
Open the can of coconut milk, pour into a bowl and let sit out in the fridge overnight (it helps the coconut milk thicken up)
Add the cocoa and the powdered sugar to the coconut milk
Pour the mixture into a metal bowl.
With a mixer, whip the mixture until fluffy.
Add the mousse to a frosting bag with a big tip
Pipe into a serving glass and enjoy!
