1 Oz Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Large (3-1/4" dia) Apples
Core apple and cut into chunks.
Stir yogurt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and stevia (optional, to taste) together in a small bowl.
Add apples and toss to coat.
Refrigerate for about 5 minutes before serving.
