3 Tbsp Rice Flour
3 Tbsp Cocoa
1 Extra large Egg
1 Cup Reduced Fat Milk
10 Package Sweetener, Herbal Extract Powder From Stevia Leaf


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

You might need to add more milk/water to reach a good batter consistency.

Pour into muffin pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean, approximately 15-20 minutes.
