3 Egg white (separated from yolk) Egg White
2/3 Cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1/3 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
1/3 Cup, small curd (not packed) Cottage Cheese
1/4 Tbsp Chunky Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 Tsp Cocoa
1 Small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana
In a blender, combine all ingredients except banana.
In a small pan over medium heat, cook pancakes until bubbles form and flip.
Cook for another minute.
Slice the banana and layer the slices between each pancake.
