15 1 Oz Beef, Grass-Fed
5 Tbsp chopped Shallots
3 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
3/4 Tsp, ground Cumin
0 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
4 Can Tomatoes
1 2/3 Cup Kidney Beans
1/2 Can, 15 oz (303 x 406) Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup Pace Diced Green Chilies
1 1/3 Cup Original Pancake & Baking Mix, Dry
1/3 Cup Cornmeal
1/4 Cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Tsp, ground Cumin
1/4 Tsp Chili Powder
4 Fl oz Whole Milk


Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook beef until browned throughout; add onions and garlic, and cook until soft.

Add chili powder, cumin, cayenne, stir in diced tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce, and diced green chilies.

Mix well.

Bring to boil, cover, and reduce to a simmer.

Make dumplings: stir together bisquick, cornmeal, cheese, cumin, and chili powder.

Add milk last (just until moistened).

Drop dumplings into chili.

Sprinkle with paprika

Simmer 30 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
