8 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
2 Tbsp Parsley
1 Tbsp Pepper
2 Tbsp, ground Basil
1 Stalks, large (11 inches long) Celery
1 Stalk Onions
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise-Like Dressing
Bring a large stock pot of water to boil.
Add whole chicken breasts and boil for 20-30 minutes until cooked through and no longer pink.
Drain, pat dry, and let cool slightly
Chop chicken into small cubes and add to bowl.
Add spices and stir.
Add green onion and celery and mix well.
Add mayo and mix until evenly combined.
Serve as desired and enjoy!
