1 Spray , about 1/3 second Pam Cooking Spray
1/4 Cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Meat Only
1 Tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Tortillas
1/4 Cup, chopped Tomatoes
1 Cup shredded Lettuce
1 Serving (2 tbsp) Ranch Dressing
1 Stalks, large (11 inches long) Celery
1/4 Cup, sliced Red Bell Pepper
Coat a skillet with nonstick spray and heat over medium-high.
Add chopped chicken and sauté for 7-12 minutes, or until cooked through and no longer pink.
Remove from heat.
Fill tortilla with the chicken, sliced tomato, lettuce leaves, and ranch.
Serve with red pepper slices and celery.
