6 Oz Chicken Breast
2 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Cup, diced Potato
1 Tsp Chicken Broth Bouillon
1 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Tsp, ground Pepper
Bring a pot of water to boil.
Add chicken breast water and boil for 8-12 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
Chop into bite sized pieces.
Chop potato.
Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.
Add potatoes and cook for about 5-10 minutes, or until fork tender.
Mash potatoes.
Add the chicken, bouillon, garlic, and pepper.
Sauté just a few minutes until flavors are evenly melded.
