12 Oz Whole Wheat Pasta
4 Breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast
4 Strip Bacon
1 Medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
4 Large Mushrooms
1 Cloves, minced Garlic
2 Cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tbsp Sour Cream
1 Large Egg
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Prepare pasta as per package directions.
In a frying pan over medium-high heat add oil and diced chicken and fry until cooked through and no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes.
Add chopped bacon, onion, mushrooms, and garlic and cook a further 3 minutes.
Add cream and sour cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
While stirring add whisked egg and grated cheese.
Continue stirring until all cheese is melted through.
Add cooked pasta and toss until mixed well.
