1 Pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
1 Small Onions
3 Large Egg
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1 Oz Goat Cheese
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
Add onion, cook for 5 minutes or until translucent, pour egg mix over and stir.
Add salt and pepper, to taste, stir, allow to cook, stir some more.
Cook until eggs have reached desired doneness.
Add goat cheese, move to plate, and serve hot.
