3 Strip Bacon
2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Stalk Onions
2 Cup Corn
1 Shallot (medium) Shallots
1 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1 Large Egg
1/2 Cup Lowfat Milk
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook bacon to desired crispiness, drain, chop, and set aside.
Combine cheese, bacon, diced onions, corn, shallots, salt, pepper, and flour in a large bowl.
Add the egg, milk, and mustard and mix well.
Drop rounded tablespoons of mixture on oven trays lined with baking paper.
They will spread slightly.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
