1/2 Beet (2" dia) Beets
4 Medium Carrots
1/2 Tsp Ginger
6 Cube Ice Cubes
1/2 Fruit without seeds Lemons
1/2 Cup Water
Wash carrot and beetroot in running water, before peeling.
Peel and chop beetroot and carrot into small pieces.
Pour 1/2 cup water in the blender.
Add carrot, beetroot and ginger.
Squeeze lemon over it and blend until smooth.
Strain the juice by placing a fine mesh sieve over a large bowl and pour prepared mixture over it.
Press the mixture with spatula to get maximum juice out of it.
Discard the pulp.
Add ice if you desire and drink immediately to get maximum nutrients.
