1 Large (3-1/4" dia) Apples
1/3 Slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
5 Medium Carrots
1/2 Fruit without seeds Lemons
1 Cup Water
Wash carrots and apple in running water.
Cut apple into medium pieces and remove the core.
Peel the carrot and dice into medium pieces.
Pour 3/4 cup water in a blender, add apple pieces, add carrot pieces and ginger.
Blend until smooth puree in the blender.
Strain the mixture with a fine sieve.
discard of the solids.
Squeeze the lemon over the juice and stir with a spoon.
Serve in glasses, enjoy.
