1 1/3 Cup kernels Corn
3 Medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
4 Oz Mozzarella Cheese
2 1/2 Cup shredded Lettuce
1/2 Cup, chopped Walnuts
1 Dash Pepper
Chop greens.
Rinse corn and tomatoes, and add to greens
Sprinkle pepper generously over salad.
Dice mozzarella, crush walnuts, and add to salad
Toss and enjoy.
