2 Tomato Roma Tomatoes
1 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
2/3 Cup Corn
2 Cup Black Beans
2 Cup Salsa
Prepare rice as per package directions.
Set aside.
Chop lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
