1 Head large (6-7" dia.) Cauliflower
1 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Cup Water
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Dash Salt
1 Tsp Garlic
1 Tbsp Franks Redhot Buffalo Wing Sauce
8 Oz Franks Redhot Buffalo Wing Sauce
3 Tbsp Butter
3/4 Cup Ranch Dressing
2 Stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Line a baking sheet with tin foil and spray with non-stick spray; set aside.

Wash head of cauliflower and cut into pieces.

In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, water, spices, and 1 tbsp hot sauce.

It will be fairly thick.

Dip each piece of cauliflower into the batter until fully and evenly coated.

Place onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for about 15 minutes until the batter just hardens.

In a small bowl, mix together the 8 oz buffalo sauce and melted butter.

Once the cauliflower are done, remove from the oven and brush with the buffalo sauce.

Put back into the oven and bake for a few more minutes (5-10), until the sauce has mostly dried and the cauliflower is crispy.

Serve with Ranch and celery (optional).
