1 Cup Buckwheat
2 Cup Water
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 Cup Lowfat Milk
Put buckwheat groats into a microwave-safe bowl.
Add water and salt (to taste).
Microwave on high for 5 minutes, then on medium for another 10.
Put buckwheat into serving bowls, add milk (serving: 1 cup buckwheat and 1/2 cup milk).
