4 Potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potato
2 Cup, chopped Cabbage
2 Cup Leeks
1 Tbsp Butter
Place potatoes in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil.
Boil until fork tender.
Mash the potatoes.
Add the chopped cabbage and leeks.
Mix together and form into patties by hand.
Melt butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add patty to the pan and fry over medium-low heat until golden brown on the bottom.
Flip and brown evenly on the other side.
Serve and enjoy!
