10 Sprout Brussels Sprouts
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Ginger Root
1 Cloves, minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 Dash Salt
Preheat oven 400 degrees F.
Chop ends off brussels sprouts and take off old/dirty leaves.
Chop the sprouts in half.
Toss sprouts in olive oil with ginger root and garlic.
Arrange sprouts cut side down on an aluminium-covered baking tray.
Spray with non-stick spray.
Cook sprouts for 10-20 minutes.
Once sprouts are ready, place them in a bowl with honey, balsamic vinegar, hoisin sauce, and salt to taste.
