2 Cup Water
1 Cup Oatmeal
1/2 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1/2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 Oz (19 halves per) Pecans
Add oats, cook until most of the water is absorbed, about 10 minutes
Add sliced banana; stir in and finish cooking oats until desired consistency is reached, usually about 2-5 more minutes.
Top with brown sugar and lightly toasted pecans (toast pecans by microwaving for 30-45 seconds).
