6 Ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long) yiel Corn
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
8 Tbsp Butter
1 Fruit (2" dia) Limes
Melt butter.
Mix together with the brown sugar, cayenne, salt, pepper, and lime zest until emulsified; set sauce aside.
Heat grill to high.
Oil grates and add corn.
Grill, turning after 5 minutes.
Baste corn while grilling until totally slathered in sauce and grill until charred and tender, 5 minutes more.
Squeeze with lime juice and serve.
