1/2 Cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
4 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 Cup Olives
1 Cup Pasta
1 Cup Broccoli
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain and return to the pan or a large bowl and toss with 2 tsp of olive oil.
Boil broccoli to defrost, then heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add broccoli and cook until crisp/tender.
Toss broccoli with pasta.
Crumble in feta cheese and stir in olives.
Add remaining olive oil and vinegar and toss with pasta.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
