3 Oz Vinegar
2 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Canola Oil
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Cup chopped Broccoli
1 1/4 Cup, quartered or chopped Apples
1/4 Cup, chopped Onions
Combine vinegar, sugar, dijon mustard, canola oil, salad and pepper in a large bowl.
Stir well with a whisk.
Add apple, broccoli and onion to mixture, and toss to coat.
