1/4 Cup Rolled Oats
1/4 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
3 Teaspoon Coconut Sugar
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Blueberries
2 Tbsp Blackberries
1 1 Tbsp Raspberries
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl mix oats, protein powder, coconut sugar, cinnamon and coconut oil.
In an oven-safe jar add blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and fresh orange juice
Top with oats mixture.
Repeat for other jars.
Spray with coconut oil and bake for 25 minutes.
