1 1/2 Cup Blueberries
1 Lime yields Lime Juice
1 Large (2-3/4" dia) Peaches
1 Tbsp chopped Shallots
1 1/2 Tbsp, chopped Basil
3 Tbsp chopped Chives
2 Tbsp Pepperr Jelly
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
Coarsely chop half of blueberries.
Toss chopped blueberries with whole blueberries and remaining ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 24 hours.
