Ingredients

1 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1 Jumbo Egg
4 Tbsp Egg White
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 Package Sweetener, Herbal Extract Powder From Stevia Leaf
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
3/4 Cup Oatmeal
1/4 Cup Blueberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine banana, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, Stevia, and cinnamon in a large bowl, and beat with a hand mixer until smooth.

Stir in the protein, oats, and blueberries with a spoon.

Pour mixture into muffin tins and bake for 18-20 minutes.
