1 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Cup, unthawed Blueberries, Frozen
1/4 Cup, packed Raisins
2 0 Tbsp Pomegranate Juice
2/3 Oz Dates, Deglet Noor
1/2 Oz (14 halves) Walnuts
1/4 Tbsp Goji Berries
1 Tbsp Sunflower Seed Kernels
2 Tbsp, ground Flaxseed


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mash banana in large bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Lightly grease an 8" x 8" baking pan with a small amount of olive oil.

Spread mixture into pan.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Cool on wire rack and cut into bars.

Refrigerate any leftover bars.
