1 Cup Steel Cut Organic Oats
1 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
1/4 Berries Blueberries
1 Oz Sunflower Seed Kernels
Add oats to boiling water.
Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
After 5 minutes, cook to desired consistency (steel cut oats can take anywhere from 20-30 minutes total cooking time).
Stir in protein powder, blueberries, and sunflower seed kernels.
