8 Strip cooked Bacon
1 Cup Light Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
2 Tbsp chopped Chives
2 Tbsp Parsley
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1/3 Tsp Garlic Powder
16 Oz Ground Beef
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Large Egg
4 Roll Hamburger Bun
1 Medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
1 Cup shredded Lettuce
Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until cooked to desired crispiness.
For the dressing: Combine the mayonnaise, buttermilk, chives, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a medium bowl and mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
For the burgers: Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine the beef, Worcestershire sauce, egg, and salt and pepper to taste.
Shape into 4 patties.
Grill the patties for about 5 minutes per side for medium doneness.
Place each patty on a bun and top with bacon, tomato, lettuce and a generous dollop of dressing.
Close the burgers with the top bun half and serve immediately.
