4 Strip Bacon
1 Medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
3 Leaf outer Lettuce
1 Dash Pepper


Cook and chop bacon.

Shred 1/3 of your lettuce.

Dice tomato and set aside in a bowl.

Combine diced tomato with mayonnaise and pepper.

Place whole lettuce leaves on a plate, top with shredded lettuce.

Add tomato and bacon and roll up.
