1 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1/3 Cup (8 fl oz) Plain Yogurt
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
1 1/4 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Tbsp Pistachio Nuts
2/3 Oz Blueberries, Frozen
3 Tbsp Raspberries
Place the banana, yogurt, almond milk and protein powder into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the oats, then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
When ready to eat top with the nuts, blueberries, and raspberries.
