1 Lb Tilapia
8 Slice (1/8 of fruit) Lemons
3 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp, leaves Thyme
1 Tsp, ground Oregano
1/2 Tsp Celery Seed
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp, ground Pepper
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Olive Oil


Combine the paprika, brown sugar, oregano, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt in a small bowl; mix until well combined (use your fingers to break up the lumps of brown sugar).

Sprinkle the spice rub evenly over both sides of the tilapia fillets.

Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat in a large non-stick pan.

Cook the fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until reddish-brown on the outside and flaky on the inside.
