1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tsp, ground Oregano
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
8 Oz Catfish
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
In a small bowl, combine the paprika, oregano, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.
Place the fillets on a baking sheet.
Lightly coat both sides with the oil, then rub with the spice mixture.
Broil the fish until opaque throughout and slightly charred, 3 to 5 minutes per side.
