1 Tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Tortillas
1 Can Canned Black Beans
1/3 Cup Salsa
1/4 Cup kernels Corn
1/4 Fruit, without skin and seed Avocados
1 Tbsp Olives
1/2 Cup Arugula
1/4 Sprigs Fresh Cilantro

Directions

Mix black beans with the corn and salsa until well combined.

Spoon filling onto the tortilla.

Top with sliced avocado, olive, arugula, and cilantro.

Roll up and enjoy!
