2 Cup Canned Black Beans
2 Tbsp Onions
1 1/2 Cup Vegetable Broth
1/4 Cup Salsa Verde
1 Tsp, ground Cumin
1 Strip Bacon
Drain and rinse the beans.
Thinly slice the green onion.
In an electric food processor or blender, combine beans, broth, salsa, and cumin.
Blend until fairly smooth.
Heat the bean mixture in a saucepan over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
Cook bacon in a pan over medium-high heat until bacon has reached desired crispiness.
Chop and mix into the bean soup.
