1/2 Cup, unthawed Blueberries, Frozen
1 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
3 1/3 Cup Spinach
1/3 Cup, cubes Avocados
1/2 Cup Water

Depending on your blender, it may be easier to blend fewer ingredients at a time or add a bit extra water.
