1 Lb Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Dry Taco Seasoning Mix
8 Tortilla (approx 7-8" dia) Tortillas
1 Can Canned Black Beans
6 Oz Cheddar Cheese
4 Oz Sour Cream
Sauté meat in skillet on medium-high heat.
Stir in seasoning.
Cook until golden brown, drain excess fat.
Warm tortillas in oven (warm setting) for 3 minutes.
Heat beans on medium heat (or rinse thoroughly and serve cold)
Top with cheese and sour cream, as per desired preference.
