2 Cup Spinach
1 Cup Mung Beans
1 Onion Onions
2 Tbsp Vinegar
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash Pepper
1/2 Tsp Paprika


In a mixing bowl, toss the spinach together with the bean sprouts, and chopped onion.

Next, make the dressing.

In a small bowl, mix together equal parts of apple cider vinegar and olive oil.

Add some salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the dressing on to the salad and mix well.

Garnish with a little paprika, then serve.
