1/2 Cup White Rice
7 Oz Turkey Breast Meat
1 1/2 Cup Broccoli
1/3 Cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Light Whipping Cream
1 Tsp Pepper
Prepare rice as per package directions.
Heat a pan over medium heat and fry turkey, until cooked through, no longer pink, and juices run clear.
Put broccoli in microwave for 4-8 minutes, until tender.
Toss all together in the pan, pour cream over top, and season as desired.
Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer until cream is slightly thickened.
Serve over rice and enjoy!
