Ingredients

1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Dash Pepper
3 Tbsp Vinegar
4 Tsp Pepper Or Hot Sauce
1 Cup Chicken Broth
3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Large Onions
6 Tsp packed Brown Sugar
1 Whole chicken Chicken, Meat And Skin

Directions

Place whole chicken in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

Arrange onions over top.

Mix together vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, pepper, hot sauce, chili powder, and stock.

Pour mixture over chicken and bake at 350 °F for 1 hour or until safely cooked.

While chicken is cooking, baste with juices occasionally.
