1 Large Egg
1 1/2 Scoop (30g) Whey Protein Powder
1 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1 Packet Stevia
3 3/4 Tsp Baking Powde
In one bowl mix protein powder, baking powder, and stevia together.
In a separate bowl, mash banana just till its chunky.
Add an egg to the banana and stir until mixed.
Add dried ingredients to banana mix.
Stir for a bit.
Banana will make the mix runny.
Pour over hot griddle, making 3 inch circles.
Cooking each side for about 2 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
