4 Extra large Egg
2 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Butter
3/4 Cup, sliced Strawberries
1 Tbsp Honey
Mix eggs, banana, and cinnamon until well combined.
Heat a sauté pan over medium heat and add butter.
Spoon pancakes mixture into the pan to form pancakes as per desired size; cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until nicely browned and cook through.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Chop the strawberries and use to top the cooked pancakes.
Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
