2 Medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
2 0 Tbsp Coconut Meat
1 Oz Nonfat Greek Yogurt
Freeze Bananas overnight.
When ready to serve, place all of the ingredients into your blender and pulse until you get a soft serve consistancy.
If you add too much milk, you may get a “milkshake” (which will also be delicious).
